Welcome to Shop.GearboxSoftware.com. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of Shop.GearboxSoftware.com, and purchase of Shop.GearboxSoftware.com products. Please note that your use of Shop.GearboxSoftware.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of Shop.GearboxSoftware.com. Your use of Shop.GearboxSoftware.com following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, Shop.GearboxSoftware.com from time to time.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All USA orders are shipped to arrive within 5 days for standard shipping and 2 days for expedited shipping from the time they are shipped. These times are estimates only and actual time may change due to time of year and events outside our control. Rates are based on our special rates and are calculated in the shopping cart. All orders within Colorado will incur the current Colorado sales tax. Please contact service@shopgearbox.com if you have any questions.
All International orders are shipped using XPO Air, USPS Priority International, XPO Canada Direct via Canada Post, and XPO International UK Direct. XPO Air orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks. Please note that these orders are not trackable and the Shop.GearboxSoftware.com is not responsible for lost orders. If you have any concerns about delivery in your country, please use USPS Priority International. USPS Priority International, XPO Canada and UK Direct are trackable and orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks.
International orders from select countries will be required to ship using a trackable shipping method. This is for your protection and ours.
Please note that the time frames listed above only apply to the estimated time it will take for your order to arrive FROM THE DATE IT WAS SHIPPED by the USPS or XPO. Processing time can take up to 5 days before it is shipped from their warehouse.
International non-trackable orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on conditions and delays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER CUSTOMS FEES
International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately, Shop.GearboxSoftware.com has nothing to do with these fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. To learn more about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country's customs agency. Shop.GearboxSoftware.com is not responsible for these customs fees and cannot reimburse customers for any additional fees charged by your customs agency.
DELIVERY
In most cases, purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order, and usually within 1 or 2. Shipping times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and your location. In most cases, orders received by 8PM GMT (12PM MST) will be shipped out the same day. If you still have not received your order within the estimated time frame above, please notify service@shopgearbox.com with your order information.
You will receive an email from service@shopgearbox.com when your order has been confirmed and another once it has shipped.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on Shop.GearboxSoftware.com, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
In the event an item is unavailable we will contact you via email and give you the option of changing the order or canceling it out of the system. We reserve the right to limit, for any given item, the quantity ordered per customer.
PRE-SALE ITEMS
Pre-sale items are charged at the time of purchase, not at time of shipping. Shipping dates noted on pre-sale items are estimates only and actual ship dates may change due to time of year, product availability, and other events out of our control. Shipping times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and your location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 30 days from the date of purchase, simply send an email to service@shopgearbox.com and request a return authorization number. In the email please include your order number, found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email you received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Exchanges may be made for shirts of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of Shop.GearboxSoftware.com. Video games may only be returned for a refund if they are unopened. Defective games may be returned for an exchange; contact support for options and instructions.
Return shipping
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong shirt or the shirt has a defect), we will pay for the return shipping costs as long as you use the shipping label we provide. If you are returning a shirt because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different shirt, then you are responsible for the shipping costs. Before you ship anything back to us, please email service@shopgearbox.com first so we can provide you with complete return instructions. Also, make sure you include your order number in the email.
Orders returned without an authorization number due to missed delivery, incorrect address entered by the customer, or delivery refused by customer will be refunded less the cost of shipping and any additional return shipping charges incurred by the Shop.GearboxSoftware.com. If you would like your order re-shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. The Shop.GearboxSoftware.com will do our best to work with you in these cases.
Return processing
Please allow up to 1 week for us to process your return.
PRINTING
All of our shirts are printed using state-of-the-art screen-printing processes and other apparel embellishment techniques, including soft-hand inks, water-based inks, specialty inks, foils, flocks, appliqués, and embroidery.
SHIRTS
All of our shirts are premium 100% combed ring-spun cotton unless otherwise indicated in the description on the detail page for that shirt.
FIT
Our shirts tend to fit in between a basic fit tee and a slim fit. You can check out our size charts link on the product page. Please note that the measurements we give in our size charts have a variance of +/- 1 inch (2.5 cm).
WASHING AND SHRINKAGE
Generally, cotton shrinks when it is washed. If you purchase one of our 100% cotton tees, there will be more shrinkage when you wash it than with our 50/50 cotton-poly blend. Of course with either type of shirt, you will see the least amount of shrinkage if you wash the shirt in cold water and hang it up to dry. On the other hand, you will see the most amount of shrinkage if you wash your shirt in hot water and dry it on the hottest dryer setting.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Shop.GearboxSoftware.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
